Return Policy

At Buffet Inspiration, we strive for customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase (assuming you purchased something from our site – clarify this on your site if needed), please review our return policy below.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned (e.g., perishable goods, customized items – specify these if applicable).

Initiating a Return

  1. Contact us at [email protected] or call us at (600) 358-1068 x8507 within 30 days of delivery to request a return authorization (RMA).
  2. Once your RMA is approved, carefully repackage the item(s) in their original packaging, including all tags and accessories.
  3. Ship the package to the address provided in your RMA confirmation email. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days (specify number of days).

Exceptions

Only regular-priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. (Add any other exceptions here, e.g., damaged items upon arrival should be reported immediately).
